I've had a really rubbish couple of weeks. Blaargh, know the sorta weeks I mean? Anyways, got any good news or summut that'll make me and you happy? LEAVE ME A COMMENT! In the meantime...
MY HAPPINESS TIPS:
1) Write a Joy Journal writing at least 3 things you're grateful for that day. ANYTHING YOU'RE HAPPY ABOUT like you ate your favourite meal, did well in a school project or got a test over with.
2) LET IT ALL OUT! Find someone you trust and tell them everything. It releases stress and if you tell the complete truth you'll find that you realise whatever upset you was probably partly your fault too and it'll resolve the argument. Sorry, I'm a bit of a hippy.
3) Don't try to make trouble. Everyone makes mistakes and we should all apologise to each other and forgive Everybody! And I guarantee you'll feel relieved and proud once you've done it.
4) Find excuses to be happy. Think of a random way to celebrate and celebrate. It could be "Day I got my Pet" Day, or a surprise birthday.
5) Do a good thing! Share with a friend, cheer someone up or arrange a nice surprise. 
So yes, good news? Or maybe something you found that cheered you up!
